He has managed many web projects from inception to completion throughout New York, Virginia and Florida. His expertise is based in Copy Writing, Search Engine Optimization, Organic Search Engine Marketing, and Project Management. In July of 2008, he helped launch Forward/Adelante, a new print and Internet publication dedicated to providing creative brand exposure opportunities between Spanish and English speaking business owners in Virginia.

gil09 Gil Fernandez is a native of Managua, Nicaragua but grew up in Miami and attended high school in Los Angeles. Thanks to the places he has lived, he's been exposed to many cultures and ethnic groups, including those within the Hispanic culture.

Gil served in the U.S. Navy from '94 to 98 and was stationed in Norfolk, VA. He fell in love with Virginia and decided to stay. Since the Navy, Gil has been a bridge between Latinos and Americans. First at a law firm in the Latin American Division in Charlottesville and and after that as a self-employed legal interpreter in Harrisonburg. He also taught conversational Spanish to professionals and travelers.

Don has presented several land-oriented seminars to his colleagues primarily in the Central Virginia area and is widely recognized amongst his colleagues as a dedicated and knowledgeable specialist in the marketing and sale of land. He has participated in the sale and or listing of over $150 million worth of land in the greater Charlottesville area.

She earned a B.A. in Spanish at Guilford College, spending a semester studying in Guadalajara, Mexico, and later pursued a career as a pastor. She lived in Southern California for 15 years, utilizing her fluency in Spanish to work with the Latino community through various churches and non-profit organizations. Additional professional experience includes teaching high school Spanish and working as a legal editor. Karina enjoys salsa dancing, eating at the great local restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, and getting to know new people.
